Terms of Use
KovaCards is a lightweight discovery and coordination layer for Hawaii collectors. Buyers and vendors handle payment, trade terms, handoff, and shipping directly.
What KovaCards Does
KovaCards helps collectors discover local inventory, reserve cards, message vendors, and coordinate meetups. We do not process buyer-to-seller payment, hold escrow, guarantee off-app payment, or charge buyer-to-seller transaction fees for local card deals.
Reservations
A reservation is a coordination request, not a completed purchase. Vendors should confirm availability before buyers send money. Buyers should inspect cards at handoff whenever possible.
Direct Deals
Payment method, trade terms, pickup location, event meetup, and island-to-island shipping are agreed directly between the buyer and vendor. Cash at handoff is the recommended default for local deals.
Listings and Conduct
Vendors are responsible for accurate titles, photos, pricing, condition notes, and availability. Collectors may not use KovaCards for fraud, harassment, counterfeit goods, stolen property, spam, or misleading listings.
Support Scope
KovaCards can review platform records such as listings, reservation codes, messages, and account activity. Off-app payment recovery, refunds, chargebacks, shipping claims, and trade enforcement remain between the people involved.
