Issue Support Policy

KovaCards helps Hawaii collectors discover inventory, reserve cards, and coordinate directly. We do not process payment, hold escrow, or force returns through the app.

Before payment

Reserve first, wait for the vendor to confirm the card is live, then inspect the card at handoff whenever possible. Cash at handoff is the clean default.

If something feels off

Pause the deal and message the other collector first. If you need help, email support with the listing, reservation reference code, screenshots, and a concise summary.

What KovaCards can review

We can review listings, reservation records, messages, and account activity inside KovaCards. Off-app payment, refunds, trades, shipping claims, and handoff terms remain between the buyer and seller.

If both sides choose shipping

Agree on shipping, tracking, insurance, and timing before payment. Keep photos, tracking, receipts, and packaging until both sides agree the deal is complete.

We do not guarantee off-app payment, escrow funds, force refunds, or act as a payment processor. KovaCards is the lightweight discovery and coordination layer for local collectors.
